This website (kslwawaririveriagarden.com) is independently operated by Esther Hsieh Hang Jie (REN 85053), Registered Real Estate Negotiator with GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, Titans Group — Johor Bahru Branch. It is not the official website of the developer, KSL Holdings Berhad.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you enquire through this website, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

When you submit the Register Interest form or contact us through WhatsApp, we may collect:

Full name
Phone / WhatsApp number
Email address (optional)
Property interest, budget range and nationality (optional)
Any other information you choose to share in your messages

2. Why we collect it

Your information is used only to respond to your property enquiry, including sharing current pricing, floor plans and unit availability, advising on eligibility and financing options, and arranging site or showroom visits where requested.

3. How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are handled personally by Esther Hsieh Hang Jie (REN 85053). The Register Interest form does not store your details on this website: when you press Send My Enquiry, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device, and are only sent when you send that message yourself. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding purchase agreement.

4. WhatsApp

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you about your enquiry.

5. Sharing of information

Your personal data is not sold. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Where you choose to proceed with a booking or purchase, the details needed for that transaction will be provided to the developer or its authorised sales channel, as part of the developer's booking process, with your knowledge.

6. Retention and your rights

Your data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.
